Rear Brakes

My right rear brake is sticking. Took the drum apart a week ago and there was alot of rubber built up on the inside of the drum. Cleaned it out put it back together and if was fine until today. Very annoying. The E-brake light would come on now and then before i took it apart for the first time. I adjusted the e-brake cable and it didnt come back on until today. I am going to open it back up and see what if it looks the same as before. Any ideas why this is happening? Is there an adjuster in the drum assambly that i need to play with?

Either the bellcranks are sticking(search)..or you have an axle leak and the oil is swelling the shoes causing sticking......On the brake light..Check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder..has a fluid level sensor in the resevoir(shares the same brake light in dash as the e-brake in combo meter)...
