Re-torque driveshaft question

I just did the 30K service on my 99 4runner. can some one tell me how to Re-torque the driveshaft and to how many pounds? Thanks guys

I think the factory spec is 39 ft.lbs. or thereabouts. I use a pair of long-handled 14mm wrenches, and squeeze them with both hands to tighten. I can't get a torque wrench on any of my bolts.
