Rancho shocks??

Hey fellas, do any of you have Rancho's on your truck? I want to put some new shocks on my '97 SR5, and need some help. What would you guys suggest as far as ride and overall quality? Thanks.

haha, I like my rs9000s. But I got them used and if you spend the money for new ones, then you might as well get bilsteins or edelbrocks. Search around here, there's a lot on this subject.

I wouldn't get Ranchos. I had a set of the 9000's (got talked into buying them by 4Wheel Parts  ) They were the biggest waste of money in my opinion. I may of just gotten a bad set, but I doubt that all 4 shocks were bad. But they offered VERY little "dampening" (couldn't think of a good word to describe it) So I ditched those and bought a set of Bilsteins. In my opinion you definitely can't go wrong with Bilsteins, no matter what kind of truck you have I'm actually trying to save up a bit of money so I can get a set for my Xterra. I would gladly pay double the money for a set of Bilsteins, simply because they are really good, and give great performance, and especially since they have a lifetime warranty

Rig Runner Central 4wd in Spokane will sell em for $55 a piece. Quite a bit cheaper than Performance Products.
