Rain flow solution for 4runner?

I'm sure lots of you have run into this problem, but I didn't see a ready solution when I searched the forums. When it rains or when I use my washer fluid, the water streams over the side of my car and over my front side windows. If it's recently rained and I roll down the windows, the water left on the car just drips on my armrests (and me).

Are there some sort of after market upgrades to the gutters that can alleviate the problem? Thanks!

I have some window vents that fit inside the window channel I am looking to sell cheap that may do the trick.

I've got window vents on mine, too, and I really like them. I didn't at first, but the truck came with them on when I bought it, and I saw them work...good stuff, man! I can even keep the windows open a little bit when it's pouring outside, and I'm fine.

Ventvisors work great for that.

Something like what TimZ is talking about may help.

I would recommend these if you don't want the ones Tim is selling.

I don't remember ever having this problem in my 2nd gen, but in my current 3rd gen, it happens all the time. My only solution is don't drive with the windows down the first few minutes after it rains. I've started to do this and have not soaked my arm rest in over a year or so. I'm not a fan of the vent shades, so this method has worked best for me.

Good luck.
