Quick question bout LED tailight bulbs
I want to get LED bulbs for all the ext lights on my Tacoma and just want to know if i should get white or red/amber bulbs for the tail lights and turn signals. My current bulbs are clear but since the LEDs are brighter i thought that maybe the white bulbs would look more white than red or amber through the lenses. I searched and didnt find a answer.

Honestly I wouldn't run LED bulbs unless your housing is completely clear. Led's are more directional and won't be as bright as your incandescent bulbs unless you are looking straight on at the rear of your truck. Converting over to a tail light housing that has many individual LED's on the other hand would be more beneficial as opposed to just switching over to LED bulbs. If you do decide to get LED's get white ones with the highest diffusion angle you can get. Just my 2 cents.

Yup you can get ones that almost have a 360 design and also make sure you check into the resistors I believe or they will flash fast and make your computer think it has bulbs out.
Search a little more and you will find everything you need on this subject it has been gone over thousands of times.

ive got led turnsignals, reverse and brake lights. They are just as bright as factory. I got them from superbrightleds. They will make your turn signals blink faster, i think it looks cool though. IMO well worth it if you have aux reverse lights.
