Question for those using window channel fitting weather guards

I really like these weather guards a lot. They allow me to get some fresh air in my car when it's raining, and look a hell of a lot better than the guards that use adhesive (and stick out). I've spent a bunch of time lately trying to diagnose various annoying rattles in my 4runner. It finally came to me that a lot of these noises might be coming from the 4 weather guards. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm thinking of pulling them out to see what happens. Will they go back in OK if I do this?

Mine rattle a bit, but they stay put and you don't have to use tape. As long as the window is up, no rattles, it's only with the window down or cracked. A small price to pay to me for nothing stuck to the paint, I don't like the looks of those kind and they get ripped off easier. Just turn up the radio!

Yeah, I first noticed a noise with the window down. But when going over bumps, my 4runner has a ton of rattles. The fact that it could be the guards was a thought, as much of it appears to be from above ear level.

What brand guards do you have, and where did you get them?

WeatherTech, don't remember where though. Just do a search via Google.
