For the 99', the cheapest dealership I've found is Toyota of Dallas. As for the 1" PP springs, Performance Products used to sell them for $297 a set.

If your unsure about using your old shocks, you can get a complete kit (#3.0) here: http://www.sonoransteel.com/store_co..._liftkits.html

I am close to buying Tokicos for my 97 2WD (I had a recent thread and they were recommended).
How do you like them?
I want a smoother ride than Bilsteins or the Monroes I have now (awful harsh ride).

Thanks

sorry to say but I cant really help there just because my situation. Long story short: my 4runner was riding pretty rough when I got it last year. It was on stock suspension at the time. I was told to get new shocks and after research, tokicos seemed the best for road use. But I got them put on a while ago and truthfully I couldn't feel and change from stock. I think my springs are so worn out that the suspension only has like half an inch of travel(not enough to be affcted by shocks). So thats why I am shopping for new springs now.. Sorry for the long description that got you nowhere haha. But I think tokicos are exactly what you want for a 2wd runner

I have a set of used 99' highlander springs (9-coil) w/ 68k miles from a real estate agent (no off roading). I immediatelty put a SS lift on. These are the springs that are 1inch taller than other stock springs. I have one buyer getting $ together but 1st best offer goes in this hobby.
