pulling motor..starter ?

im pullin my motor to do the crank and i was wondering if i unbolt the starter and hang it off to the side or do i unhook the wires and leave it there. i only got tranny bolts, p/s lines, fuel lines, and a few bolts to do besides the starter its a 2/7

your going to need to unbolt it from the block as its atached to it and the tranny and to remove the crank you will need to remove the tranny also

don't leave starter just hanging it will break the connectors

i mean id tie it off to the side. frills i never heard of pulling the tranny with it. ive helped my dad swap motors in the early/mid 80s toys but have never messed with one this new
