Its been a while since i've posted pics of my runner so I decided to give you guys a little update of what i've been doing since on yotatech. I might not post much but I read a ˟˟˟˟˟ load on this board. I will get around to doing a full shoot with real camera once I get some more mods squared away. I wanted to make my rig into a "baja" style runner since there aren't to many out there, hence the stock rear coils and 5.5" lift up front. I have experimented with the LC coils and come to conclude that its not worth the lift. With the LC coils on, I had terrible gas milage and even worse driving conditions( BODY ROLL )Im not raggin' on the LC lift I think its an ingenious and clever lift. its just my preference of driving. I didn't want to build this runner to be a offroad monster. instead I built it to be a comfortable daily driven travel vehicle. mainly for camping/snowboarding/ and doing trail runs at local off road spots and OHV areas with some of my buddys. Also with the lift set up at 5.5" up front and stock rear this 4runner handles like a champ. I can take corners and turns at much faster speeds than w/ the LC coils or my previous 2.25" rear lift. well thats about it for now. sorry for the crappy phone pics, but I figured I post a little update of my rig. tell me what you think. I am a product of YOTATECH.

You need a better camera... just kidding
Seriously, although I'm a diehard 4wd guy, I do think your rig looks good. Take it to Baja and test your work.
Get a rear locker...you'll be amazed where you'll be able to take that thing!
All in all - nice ride, brah!

what kind of gears are you running with those 285s? and how is the gas mileage? I am trying to get a feel for 33" tires, but I am a daily driver, and I dont want to loose crazy power. Thanks,

questions! are your corner lights red or amber? i can't tell by your camera. also, what kind of gauges do you have on your trim? i'm getting volt gauges because i got a bang load of lights in my car yet i want to meter it. but cool T4R. love the rims.

Is the orange backlight in all the dash stock? My 2002 is green backlight and i hate it... the bulbs are nasty pricey and hard to exchange but i'm really contemplating changing them.
