Power Windows

Anyone know if there's a way to lubricate power windows without taking the door panels off? My '02 4Runner's windows are getting a bit slow and I want to oil 'em before I kill the motor. I read in a post that someone suggested shooting WD-40 down the tracks but wouldn't that get overspray onto the glass itself? That seems like it would be a PITA to clean.

I picked up a can of white lithium grease, then sprayed it down the tracks using the red straw. Then I just wiped away the residue and any dirt. Got a little bit on the windows, but it cleans right off. Made a BIG difference, my windows go up much more smoothly now. WD-40 won't last very long, so use silicone spray or the lithium grease spray
