In Missouri and Kansas there is a place called the hub cap and wheel store. They do it very inexpensively. I was actually thinking about doing the same thing myself. Does anyone have any reviews of having their wheels powdercoated in terms of chips and scratches?

if its really powdercoating, then its very durable, if its jsut ghetto paint it will chip..... powdercoating requires an oven for the stuff to actually cook onto what its on, and creates pretty much a solid polymer like surface

Look under "sandblasting" too.
I use to have a job doing both. (a lot of sandblasters also powder coat)
Whatever your having done needs to be bare metal finish (no grime, paint, rust, etc.) for the powder coat to work properly!

I agree with Steve. We powder coat anything that has a chance of rusting... it is the only thing that will hold up (which is a relative term when you're talking about offroading) If you are having one small thing powder coated then you will pay more. Around here, one can get something small sandblasted and powdercoated for around $50.00. Try to contact a place that is small, that way you won't get screwed over as bad as a large company. If they specialize in mass quantity runs, you will pay out the ass.
