Post wheelin' body work

I spent the weekend camping out on the Suwannee river, and had a little trail fun on some trails that were a little to thin. I now have some big dents, including both driver side doors. Anyone have any quick and cheap body secrets, like, does the plunger trick really work. I'll try to post some pics when the sun gets up. I appreciate any help.

Depends on where they are at.

I had some major dings on the front fenders of my '89 Runner.

I took out the back inner plastic of the fender, and pushed out while a buddy sucked out with the plunger... It worked.

But, Its hard to do it on certain areas of the car, where there are angles in the metal at whatnot.
