is it possible to run the stock shocks with tundra coil?

Are the stock shocks long enough to be used with the tundra lift coils?

I'm sure that you are talking fronts.

Yes you can.
All front shocks are the same length, stock or aftermarket. If they were longer, this would allow excessive droop and would over extend the CVs.

if its got the original struts id recommend changing them out to a new set. Rough Country sells a super strut for around $60/ea. Just my .02 but yes the stocker will fit fine

True point. The coils are mounted around the shocks. The same labor, and labor cost, is needed to reuse the old or change to new shocks.
