PO441 and PO446

Sup guys, I'm new here and i need some help. My 97 4runner check engine light keeps pulling a PO441 and PO446 code. I've replaced my gas cap and charcoal canister. Both are genuine parts from Toyota. Even when replaced my truck keeps pulling out those codes a day after i have refueled. I've had a smoke test performed and no leaks were found. I've also tried pulling the neg terminal on the battery hopefully to reset everything. But that didn't help at all. Can someone give me some advice so i can once and for all get rid of this fricken Check engine light? Thanks.

If your sure it is not the mechanical side no leaks of any kind no crushed hoses. All hoses on correct

That only leaves the electrical side the ECM or problems in the vapor pressure circuit the sensor or a VSV or the wiring.

The only way to keep the MIL from tripping is to fix the problem

Most all of it is on the left inner fender except the wiring and the ECM

This is off the top of my head
