picked up a set of wheels today (pic)

i bought a set of wheels from a 2005 4runner today. They are in great shape, cant wait to get them on my 1996 4runner. They are 16"s which i have now but a newer design. Here is a link to my 4runner now. I will post a pic when i get the "new" wheels on. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/alk130...27.jpg&.src=ph

the previous owner told me there are sensors in them to tell you what the tire pressure is. Does anyone know if i can get the computer in my 96 to use these sensors.

I'm not sure but I don't think your 96 has the sensors. Others on tr4.org just pull those sensors off when they upgrade wheels.

It could be a very difficult and expensive retrofit.
You'd be better off to remove the sensors and sell them on eBay.

Post those pics when you get them on.

I like these wheels. They're the same ones if I'm not mistaken that go on the Prado's in Japan.
