Well sunday I placed an order for bushwackers and a pair of hella fogs and tonight I get an email for 15% off for the website reopening sale. How P*ssed am I? Anyone think a phone call can get me the 45$ discount? Thats my fogs right there...

I'd say you already recieved the discount if you ordered them over the internet. It's been going on since the 2nd of January, so check your copy of your bill. If you ordered over the phone I'm not sure. Usually they are real cool, and if you did buy them after the 2nd, I'm sure they will give you the discount.

Definately call them up and ask. I had the same thing happen to me ... ordered something and the next day or so they had their usual 15% discount sale. I called and although they had already billed my credit card, they gave me a credit for the difference.

Thumbs down

Hoooooooo Boy... Call them, get your discount, get your stuff and then don't shop there anymore. They don't know jack about our rigs and worse, they don't care.

I don't think it's the poor phone sales rep's fault, that poor bastard has probably had little more training than "Here's how you answer the phone" from management over there.

They suck, end of rant, very dissatisfied EX customer.

That's too bad! I've had nothing but good customer service from them. I guess we all have our favorites.

I enjoy reading their catalog. But find their prices.....too pricey. Anytime I find something in their catalog that interests me, I do a search on-line and almost everytime find it cheaper elsewhere.

I gave them big time benefit of the doubt... Hey, I'm glad they worked out for you, that's better luck than I personally had with them. You're one of few that I have heard had good service from PP.

Maybe it's because I'm a 'Zonie. LOL

Maybe they'll prove me wrong, but up to this point they've been able to handle my questions, both technical and sales related, and processed my orders very quickly.
