You shouldn't need it. I just put the OME 890's on the rear of my 2000 4Runner, can't even tell the axle moved.
Save your money for something else.

i put the ome 891's on the rear and got a full 3" of lift and every time id hit a bump, it felt like the rear was taking a jump to the other side. Now that i have the sonoran steel adjustable pan hard bar, i adjusted it to specified length, and now the rear tracks straight after i go over bumps. Some say they dont need it, but mine was real squirely without it. go for it.

Yeah I have the sonoran steel adjustable trac bar, and it's awsome, i was experiencing some of the above mentioned, that bar fixed it, not to mention my bushings in the stock bar were worn out, and it was clunking like crazy, so i opted for the SS bar and am very pleased, i think they run $175

no, i mean a threaded adjuster thta goes in the middle. you cut the bar in half and then weld in the adjuster. i remember seeing one in a jeep mag somewhere. i am just not sure what the inside diameter is of the 4runner panhard bar and if there is a weld in that will fit.
