P0302 Misfire Question

Heres my current setup: 98 4Runner 4x4 V6 supercharged supra injectors, two step colder plugs, unichip tuner.

The other night coming home the truck started misfiring and the check engine light was flashing at me. The next morning I drove it and the check engine light came on steady and I had the codes pulled. Codes P0301 & P0302, misfire on cylinder 1 and 2. I cleared the code and swapped the coil packs on cylinder 1 and 3. Drove around waited for CEL and came pack with P0302, misfire cylinder 2. I then installed 6 new factory style dual electrode NGKs with new blue NGK wires. Truck runs perfect for about 80 miles while on the highway. I pull off and when I restart the truck it instantly starts misfiring again. I limped it home the remaining half of the trip missing the whole way. I'm going to pull the code again tomorrow to see if it's still missing on cylinder 2. I also felt the injectors firing on cylinders 1, 3, & 5, but I can't get access to feel them on the other bank. What am I most likely looking at here? Bad coil pack? If so which cylinder, due to the passenger bank firing the driver bank plugs.

Figured it out. Was a bad injector. Believe I got bad gas from HEB. Lesson learned.
