Big thanks to all members and staff for making this thing work. I hit this board first when I want to see what's going on in the world. I'm truly honored to be a part of the staff. I was a little skeptical at first, I didn't know if it would be much of anything at all. Boy was I wrong.
What a great 6 months its been. One of the great things about this site is that no question is a stupid question... unless you don't ask and screw something up, that's stupid. There is a lot of knoledge, experience and diversity here. From onboard DVD players to wheel bearings, someone here knows something about it and how to do it right. What more could you ask for? Who knows what the future holds? The sky is the limit. Thanks again everyone!! |

Wow, time flies doesnt it. Seems like only 19 days ago that I stumbled upon this website. Wait, It was 19 days ago. Only 5 months and 11 days til it'll be my 6-month aniversary of joining it. It'll almost be a year old by then. Well, anyways, this post was kinda pointless.

I was just aww struck by the brotherhood like asemby that was here and how EVERYONE was so willing to help no matter what(other sites wouldn't even respond to meb/c Iwas 2WD and couldn't 4wheel). Ah well, there's a reason for everything and that's how I found here. Thanks guys for all the help and good discussions here, and here's to many more

I like this site 'cuz it gave me a link to prove those two knuckleheads on CarTalk were wrong about bigger rim/tire combos improving gas mileage.
Big ups to those that maintain and put up with my incessant posting....

A big thanks to all of those who have put in the time to make this go.
And thanks to all those who participate for keeping this all pretty civil and constructive. There are way too many places on the net that are largely a forum for people who rant and rave at each other. I've learned about a lot of things here and even gotten out and explored a bit a couple of times with Corey and a few others. As an old geezer who has never been "into" cars or modifying vehicles, I've been indulging myself lately a bit with the 4Runner so I can explore some country I never could drive to before. The only drawback I have seen so far is that I have found out about lots of things that can "lighten the wallet" in (or at least close to) Corey's words! Alan |

How bout that online help! This site has made my day!
"Fac Diem Meam" as Clint would say... Any thoughts on a live chat room? I hear of stickers, How bout t shirts? I'll take a XL... Ever thought of starting a racing team? I bet if there were enough crazy people doing crazy stuff caught on tape you could have a pretty nice video to sell. To help pay for the racing team...lol Mahalo!

Hey guy's & gal's, thanks for all the nice words here.
CV, you did not know we have live chat? Look on the main page here, http://www.yotatech.com/ Scroll down to chat. All you need is the AOL Instant Messenger software, or the Trillian software. Next to the chat link you can click on the AOL IM word, and get the software from there. For the Trillian software, see the YotaTech on the web link: http://www.yotatech.com/~corey/portal/portal.htm The link for both software is in there too. You can access the chat either from the Yotatech on the web, or from the main index page here. Chats are Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6 PM PST. Of course the chat room is open all the time though, and you can enter it anytime and chat with another forum member to discuss stuff much faster than you could by posting. I'll make an effort again to get in tomorrow night at 6 PM. Warning, time flies awfully fast in there. Corey |
