you will NOT have any problems. FACT.
Ive been running 2 SVR-80s (equivalent to a blue top) now for 2 years. They are ultra deep cycles too. Never had an issue and was easily able to jump start diesels...the 190amp alt helped too...lol

thanks for the confirmation silver_truck!
i'm thinking that i'm going to go with that bluetop d34... the CCA ratings aren't all that far off from the redtop and it will be an asset to have the deep-cycle capability when camping and as the mod-madness continues; lights, etc...
thanks again. cheers

rocket; my understanding is that the redtop is starting only, while the bluetop is available in a dual-purpose, starting and deep-cycle option.
yup, the deep-cycle lets you run accessories and such longer without draining it down

I'm not quite sure why to get a blue over a yellow as they're both deep cycle, thought he blue is available in a starting version too...but I'm going with a blue simply because I found a great deal on one

I got (3) D34/78 yellar tops and they all work great...now...I had one that was reversed in polarity when I got it...weird...but now up and running fine...lots of places sell them...like SEARS.

Flux capactitor I have compressor back there and all sorts of things to come, lights, lights and more lights, power inverter and I don't want to be w/o if I go primitive camping too.
