OME Shocks and Sprigs Described????

Okay I'm hoping this is one of those dumb questions that everyone wants to know but is scared to ask, but I have a feeling it's one of those that everyone already knows and I'm just on the outside.

But what I would like to know is the despriptions of what all the numbers for OME shocks and springs mean. Like N881's and N91's. Can some one give me the entire break down for both shocks and springs. From the comfort to HD side of each. Thanks in advnce.

Your best bet would be go to Steve Schaefers site at: http://fastq.com/~sschaefer/ Instead of worrying about all the specifics, he'll give you all the possible lift compbinations that have been tried by many folks. I've learned a lot from him, and he goes wheeling all the time.

you could also read through this site that details quite a few write-ups of different combo's that different people have tried. Steve also has a write-up in there.
