ome lift....98 tacoma

Looking for advice on the ome 2.5"- 3" lift. Currently have front coil spacers and stock shocks in the front and larger shackles with rough country shocks in the rear. Want a more complete suspension lift. I haven't really heard anything bad about ome lifts....wondering if anybody has?

I just installed an OME /toytec coil spring lift about a month ago and couldnt be happier. The truck rides nice so i have no complaints. The lift was also very straight forward on the install. I will give it a two thumbs up...hope it helps. For what its worth this was also on a 98 tacoma.

On my 2001 Taco, I went with the OME 2 inch lift up front and AAL in the back. Nice and smooth, just need to get longer shocks on the rear.

As far as rear lift went. I went with the toytec 2 inch shackles. I was gonna do aals but my rear springs are pretty much toast (shaped like a w) so i didnt want to bother with tearing them apart to put in another leaf. I plan to replace the rear springs within the next six months so i just went with the easiest route. I know thats not the best way of doing things but I dont care it works for now and in a few months when ive got the cash I will replace them. It looks good and rides good too so Im not complaining.
