ok guys, help me finish my suspension

help me out and give me some recommendations on best ways to finish up. The truck will be mostly street driven, throwing on some 32s or 33s when the susp is done

BOUGHT:
OME HD 901 rear coils
RB 1" BL
Aisin hubs
** do I need a pan-hard bracket with these springs?

NEED:
ball joint spacers for front
** what brand is best? should I go 1", 1.5" or 2" w/ minimal T-bar cranking?
shocks = I am looking at either downey or rancho shocks for the front/rear - need suggestions on what works, I dont know much about shocks

any other recommendations are appreciated!

thanks

I think there is only one brand of ball joint spacers in the US and they are 1.5 inch, but you could always have them milled down to 1 inch if you wanted to. As far as shocks, I'm running air shocks front and rear. How much did you want to lift?

thanks - I ordered a set of spacers last night from Steve Schaefer - after researching the subject these seem the most common. As far as lift - I was aiming for 3-4" in the back and 3" front

thanks

3 inches is really pushing the limit without a diff drop/suspension lift. Too much angle on the cv joints IMHO. Or are you including your 1'" BL in that 3"?

yeah, total lift I meant

1" BL
1.5" spacers
.5" T-bars

any idea if the pan-hard is needed with the OME901s?

thanks

Give me an e-mail sales@sdori.com if you'd like some spacers milled down. I can do it for you, it will cost some more but not a lot. I'll also need to get new hardware for 'em.

Basically the spacers are all made up and are 1.5". I basically would take a pair and shave them down myself.

I just installed OME900s with OME shocks (N98 front, N72F rear)... this rides SMOOTH...

with the 1.5" BJ spacers, I got 2" of lift (before alignment). I didn't adjust the torsion bars at all... and I had 2-2.5" of lift all the way around...

My lift consisted of:
Aisin hubs,
OME Shocks,
OME Coils,
BJ Spacers,
and some Poly sway bar bushings (not yet installed)..
