Oil in the cooling system.
I recently did a head gasket replacement on my 94 pickup. After 1000 miles I my engine started to overheat, so I blasted my heater to assist the engine cooling while I pulled over. I cooled the engine down, it never got a chance to hit the red, popped the radiator cap and had milk shake city in my radiator. My head gasket was in great shape, my head pressure tested wonderful, and outside of a crack in the block I can't think of what else may cause my oil to pump into my water and not the other way around. Any suggestions?

Since the oil pres is usually over 30 psi, and the coolant is about 14 psi it is possible for it to go to the coolant only.
Is it a 4 or 6? Auto or stick? (auto may cause "pink" milkshake)
BTW: USMC 74-81, H-46's and UH-1N's
