OEM all weather rubber floor mats?

I am trying to find some OEM floor mats for my 02. Seems like Toyota has discontinued them. When I went to a local dealership, they said that the old part number is superceded by a new part number for the 03+. Of course, I said they wouldn't fit right and we even went out to my car to test fit them. They did not fit right. Too wide and short.

I've called several dealerships and even Toyota of Dallas. No go. They said the same thing.

Any place I can go to get some OEM mats? I do not want to get Husky or Weather Tech if I don't have to. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about the new(er) toyota's, but I've found floormats for mine on eBay, I haven't tried the dealership yet, but the one's on eBay were only $70 or $80 for the front two, both supposedly new oem pieces, they were in the factory packaging, so that's a good sign

This is the part # of my oem rubber mats: PT908-89060-02. Was this the number that was superceded?

EDIT: I just found the exact same mats on Ebay: Click Me. Part No matches and it says the aution is for a set of 4.

These are the ones I have...same as the ones for sale on ebay I posted above:

Thanks, guys. Yeah, the ones that Rock Slide posted are the ones they had at the dealership. I thought that they didn't quite fit right. I had one of the service guys verify this just to make sure that I wasn't being anal.

The price at the dealership was $87. I am going to try to find the older ones. If I'm not successful, I guess I will go back to get the ones at the dealership.

Thanks again to all for the inputs.

I got some WeatherTech Mats a few months back and I love them. Perfectly molded and plenty of depth to hold all the snow, mud, dirt, and Smarties that you could ever imagine. I also have the rear cargo liner aswell.

X2

If you can't find OEM all-weather mats, then get Weathertech or Husky liners instead.
Both are actually better than the OEM mats.

I got a carpeted and rubber set of OEM mats form a member for $70 and both sets were brand new.

I just use the rubber set all year round but a set of Husky liners would be better but the OEMs do lookm good.

Sorry for the mud/dirt but here's mine

Those with Husky or Weather-Tech's, can you post a picture of them inside of the 4Runner? Just want to see how they fit. Thanks.

dirtoyboy - Can you post a picture of what they look like? Very interested.

yes, buy them.

Phase 2: Go to McDonalds and order a coffee to go

Phase 3: When you receive your coffee, pull off lid, and attempt to chug.

Phase 4: Immediatly drop the cup because it is a million friggin' degrees

Phase 5: If your floormats withstand the searing coffee, they are great.

Phase 6: You are unable to be concerned with the performance of your floormats because you will be suing McDonalds like the other four thousand people that have done this.

Just double checked on this. That part # is what the previous part # was superceded TO. Exact same ones at Toyota of Dallas.

I agree, the ones you mentioned will trap more 'stuff', but for me, I personally just don't like the way the Husky's look. 2nd, I simply don't need that much protection for my carpet. I don't track that much stuff into my 4Runner anyway.

But like I said, if I did track more stuff into my 4Runner, I'd be all over a set of Husky's or Weather Techs.

Thanks, Rock Slide. However, I can get those cheaper locally. Well, basically for the same price. A local dealership quoted me $84+tax (which is just under $90). Like you, I like the way OEM mats look over the others, so that's why I'm so adamant about going with OEM. I think I am going to go get a "second opinion" at another dealership about the fitment. Maybe I was overly-anal...like always.
