O2 sensor broken stud... help!!!
Hi all,
While replacing my O2 sensor the old rusted studs on the pipe broke off.
I have a TRD exhaust system in my car.
Any suggestions on how I should fix this problem???
TIA,

I dont recall if that is a threaded stud or not. regardless you should be able to cut it off flush, center punch it and very carefully drill it out with drill bit slightly smaller then old stud. Dont think easy out will work for you. Exhaust bolts are almost always a bear. I'm doing valve job on my 98 3.4 litre have to remove the exhaust all the way to the cylinders already have one stud that I'm going to have to cut/drill/replace. Not fun but I see no way around it. maybe someone will have better idea.
