not warm air

not warm air

i was 4wheeling in the snow adn my hot air suddleny turned off, the air the same temputure on hot as it is on cold, coolant changed roughly 7 months ago. im thinking its the heater core but how to i fix/replace it? where can i buy a new one? hassel?

First, is the coolant level up? If so, then I would suspect the heater valve before i would suspect a sudden blockage of the entire heater core. Also check the lines for kinks. One may have aged out on ya.

my coolant level is up all the way and still green. where is the heater valve located?

My Celica did this recently. My hot air was always cold. Then I noticed it was slowly getting worse and worse with overheating. Then one day the temp gauge was just pegged as soon as I drove anywhere.

It was the thermostat. Maybe this is early signs of it's failure.

I replaced my thermostat and now my heater is HOTTTTT
