I am having a similar issue.
After I went on an off-raoding trip on the way home, one of the pulleys in the engine bay began to start making a noice.
I knew it wasn't the belt because I wasn't squeeling or loosing any power.
I believe it is in the altenator, because I notice that my bat light would turn on occasionally, gratned the bat light has been gone since but still I believe that is the bearing that is having the issue.

How old are your belts? Have you checked the tension lately? Those are the two biggies with any vehicle.
Then on to the pulleys! I need to replace the AC tensioner pulley on mine. It just looks like the bearing is leaking a bit. It could be any of them if not the belts.

I recently had to pull out my power steering tension pulley as it was getting noisy. I just cleaned it and shot some WD-40 at the bearings as a quick fix. It helped a little. I've been looking for some type of Teflon lube to get down in there but haven't made it too much of a priority. I wouldn't be too alarmed by it if your belts are properly tensioned and in good condition. Just try to nail down exactly which pulley might be the culprit, yank it, clean it, lube it, and stick it back in.
