Noisy AC
Just got back from a trip down to NC and ran the AC most of the way back. When I would slow down I noticed that I could hear the AC cycle on and off and when it came on you could hear what almost sounds like the bearings making noise. It is not a squealing or grinding it is hard for me to describe but it almost sound like a minor vibration would sound. I know it is the AC unit as I turned it off and the sound stopped.
Not being used to what the AC in a 4Runner is supposed to sound like I am not sure if this is normal or not. I got it in November so I have not run the AC much at all till now. It is a 2000 with 38K miles on it.
Any help would be appreciated.
