The K&N air filter was one of the first mods I did to mine when I picked it up in October of '98.
I don't run the K&N anymore, but have since gone back to the stock Toyota one.
It is the Amsoil one that us 3.0 owners can not get.
There is a very old thread here how we were going to have Amsoil make us up some, but the deal fell through.
It is to hard for them to shape it right I guess.

After reading Gadget's comments about it, and others on the 'Net, the conclusion as to why it breathes so good is it lets in too much.

You can read about it at the above URL.
You can hold it up to a light and see many pin holes in it that can let dirt in.
At this point in time, I feel it's a good filter for racing, but for street and the occational off roading I do, I'd rather have the extra protection of the stock filter not letting in any small amounts of dirt.
Gadget also dyno tested the Amsoil filter against the K&N, and the Amsoil won.

Didn't the LIMITED come with a factory roof rack? I thought the LIMITED's came with the chrome running boards too. Hmm maybe they were options... I hate how the leather gets on higher mileage vehicles. My cloth seats don't look a day old with 102,000. I love leather don't get me wrong, this is only my second car with cloth, but as the miles get up there the cloth ends up looking better. I wonder what his reserve is.

I think I saw that runner on there the other day. Was it dark green? Nice dark green one on there. Also saw a black '98 LTD on there. Had a TRD S/C, e-locker, TRD exhaust, and a bunch of other stuff. About died when I saw it.
Well, have fun.

Leather
Hey JSB,
So true about the leather. The seats left rising panel on mine is boogered up!
I have heard that you can replace panels if they are messed up.
My Limited has the roof rack and chrome running boards..
