Newer style front bumper

I'm looking to replace my '97 4runner SR5 factory front bumper to the 99+ front bumper with the larger lip factory bumper. In searching I believe it is a direct bolt on. (could be wrong here). In searching I'm trying to find the whole assembly.. bumper, valance w/fog light space etc... but how many pieces are there? They don't look complete. I see everyone with that black trim piece at the top too, but I dont see them in searching.

Might involve some test fitting and drilling new mounting holes for it to bolt up. Do some searching and you will find a couple members in the past who have done the retrofit.
