Question New problem: No rear brakes...

So I went to bleed the rear brakes today and I got nothing. When I undid the wheel cylinder, no fluid came out of the line. When I went to bleed the new cylinder, nothing again. My guess is the rear proportioning valve is blocked. Anyone ever had problems like this, or any suggestions?

I looked under there again and noticed my bar for the rear load valve was bent, is that normal? I haven't had a chance to figure out what the problem is, I don't have a place to work on it at the moment, but any help on diagnosing the problem as to why i don't have fluid coming out of the rear would be great!
