New pics of my new used runner
Finally, getting around to posting pics of my new used '91 runner, which is the replacement for my rolled red runner, which I still miss.
http://community.webshots.com/album/126523070AnCmqS
This one has a nicer body and paint, but my rolled runner had a brand new engine, free, from Toyota.
Still working out some warts... it's a little sluggish. I've replaced the plugs, wires, distributor, rotor, changed all the fluids, and checked the OBD for error codes (none). And the tach reads a little higher than what it's actually running.
And if anyone is selling there rear suspension setup, I'm looking for new coils and shocks. Up here Rancho 5000's are gonna cost me $80/per corner, but I can get them on the net (US) for $39. But then I have to pony up for customs and taxes. So, like I said...I'm looking.
As for the 'self-portrait poseur pic'...how about everyone post a pic of their rig with themselves in it?...that way we all know who were communicating with
PS: Dates on the pics are wrong...I just took these at work, tonight, after a good clean and wax. Gee...I just LOVE the night shift. 14 hours to detail the runner, if I wanted to not go to bed!

Thanks!
Yep, I really, really like the 2nd gens. I could have gone a little higher, and got a 3rd gen, but there is just something about the 2nd that I just like.
As for the two extra doors...it's more convienient to have 4, but the 2 doors were VERY rare, and I kinda liked that.
As for sag...a little bit of cash thrown at it will clear it right up. Just waiting for the right combination of items to come together.
Thanks for looking, and for your comments
PS: Anyone selling coils? I'm buying!!!!

Stripes...
Cebby...It was just painted back in November, and then parked underground until I bought it a couple weeks back. Judging by the bag of badges I got with it, they took 'em off, and didn't re-apply the badges or stripes, which is good by me! My red one had the stripes and I never liked 'em. I kinda like the 'no badges' look, too. So, I'm not going to put them back on,either. Those who know runners KNOW it's a runner. Everyone else can just keep guessing.
Thanks for looking. It's great when people here mention that it looks good
I'm going to change my avatar soon too...just got get off-duty and get some pics!

I searched high and low for a photo of myself with the runner, apparently one does not exist. I'll have to change that.
Here's a photo of me, sans Yota:

Doubt most people would do it.
Folks are still uncomfortable with their photo on the internet.
Even though, somewhere, there's a movie of your neighbor with a goat on the internet.
