Ah man, raw deal on being away from home for so long. You got a sweet ride though. Gota question for ya, what kind of exhaust do you have on her and what kind of tip do you have on top of that? I'm looking at doing my exhasut next and I want a nice chrome tip just like the one you have, it looks really sweet. Thanks, and hang in there, you'll be back home and driving your rig in no time.

Hey, it looks real good. I have to questions for you. How do you like the slotted rotors and how did you get seat heaters?

I like the rotors alot, they're from www.raceconcepts.net . They are Brembo discs that have been cross-dimpled and slotted. From my research its was the best way to go, especially since they were a bit cheaper than some OEM rotors. The stopping power is increased and I greately reduced the vibrations I was getting.

As far as the seat heaters they're from www.checkcorp.com . They say on they're website you're supposed to go to a "authorized dealer", but if you call them and tell them you dont have a dealer near you, they will sell to you. The install was a bit of a pain in the ass (removing the leather), but now my ass is nice and toasty in the winter

Thanks for the compliments!

I'm running a Dynomax Super-Turbo muffler. The Dynomax, IMO gives just the right exhaust note. There are alot of board members using the Dynomax too. If you do a search you'll get plenty of hits.

As far as the tip, its a Ractive stainless steel 3 1/2" oval slash-cut tip. I didnt want anything too crazy or looking like a Ricer and this tip works for me.
I paid around $30.00 for it, sorry cant remember where I got it. I ordered it off the net.
I wanted a chrome tip because the maintenance is a lot less than stainless, but all the chrome ones were too Ricer, so......
One piece of advice if you get a stainless tip; be sure to paint the inside with some high temp paint (I used silver, did the pipe too), give it a good coat of wax, and if it has a rolled tip/edge drill a small hole on the bottom to allow water to drain out of it.

Let me know if there'e anything else I can square anyone away with.
