Look up the tundra front/ ome 890 rear. fits 33 inch tires with ease. inexpensive lift but very proven.

Your on the right track. The Kit your looking at SonoronSteels 7.1 kit is the tundra/ome kit mentioned above. To answer your question, Yes it's a complete kit you will not need anything else. With that kit you will be able to fit 285's with ease. A lot of people also run the toytec 3inch lift kit.

The FAQ at the bottom of the page will explain why one is better...so will a couple of old threads here on YT. For the average wheeler, the OME kit is fine. Quote:

The SS kit comes complete and ready to use. It includes shocks, springs and the works. Also, the OME kit doesn't include shocks, you'll have to buy them seperately. There's some decent pricing on OME lift kits and shocks at www.toyteclifts.com. Just stay away from the kits that use front coil spring spacers.
I'm not a fan of coilovers. They're very expensive and used mostly for off road racing applications, not trail driving and rock crawling.

Trust me, the SS 7.1 is a great package. You will also be very pleased with the quality of the ride.
For pics, check out my Profile in my sig. Oh and check out my write up on it too: Lift Thread Oh and I gained 2.5" in the front and 3" in the rear.
