New guy here with rookie questions on maintenance

Hey all, I have been a lurker for a bit. I own a 96 4Runner SR5 V6 4wd. It has a little over 200k on it. But the engine still seems strong. I know its overdue for some maintenance so I thought id come in here to see what can be done. Id like to try most of the work myself to save a little money. Actually a LOT when I go to a shop and ask.

Firstly I apologize if this is not the correct place for these questions. Or if there are threads covering what im asking. I poked around with the search function and didnt get alot answered. Im hoping to find content regarding my exact make and model. This seemed to fit the bill.

So here's what im asking: What type of maintenance should I be looking to do at 200k? I just did my front brakes. Calipers, pads and rotors. looking to do the rear next. I had the timing belt done about 60-70k ago. So might have some life left there. I aso did the fuel filter and valve covers when i did the belts. but how many miles until the filter needs it again?

What does a tune up consist of exactly? I have done plugs and wires on other vehicles. But what should I try with this exact model of 4Runner at this point?

ill leave it at these questions for now! Dont want to run on if theres a thread out there that covers my questions.

Thanks in advance for all the help!

Generally for a tune up i will do oil, all filters, plugs and wires every 25,000, trans every 30,000. It has seemed to work so far.

In the olden days... a Tune-up constisted of:

-Replace spark plugs/check for correct type and gap
-Check cylinder compression
-Inspect Spark plug wires for cracking/replacing as necessary
-Replace Engine Air filter Element
-Check/Inspect all fluids, Replace as necessary
-Replace Fuel filter
-Check/Adjust Ignition timing and set to specifications(Not applicable to your vehicle)
-Check/Adjust drive belts, inspecting for cracks and defects/replace as necessary
-Check Distributor Points/rotor/cap(Not applicable to your vehicle)
-Check/Inspect Distributor Components(Not applicable to your vehicle)
-Check/Adjust Valve Clearnace on engines with mechanical lifters
-Check/Inpect/Clean Battery and terminals.
