Welcome...you've come to the right place there's a ton of info here and you don't have to sort thru all the BS (or at least as much of it ) as on Pirate etc. like the others said

Welcome to the site straightaxle85, you've come to the right place.

Given the year of your ride, you'll be spending alot of time between here and at Roger Browns' www.4Crawler.com, who also happens to be a member and posts here as well.

Why? you might ask..., because

Welcome to YT. I found this site 4 months ago, never knew that there were other toyota gear heads like me. This place is great, all the info you can you need is right here. I am restoring my 84 runner now, about all that is left is the 22R to 22RE swap. I picked up a 87 SR5 runner on monday so I now have my doner truck. Paid $800 and it runs, 36K on rebilt motor but the clutch is out. Still not bad. How much of a restortaion are you doing? If I can help in any way just ask.
