New Exhaust and Lighting
Hey all, it's been a while since I posted any new mods for my 4Runner. Over the past two months I have put on a Jardine/Doug Thorley exhaust, clear corners with amber LED's, clear bumper lights, LED tails, replaced the tag lights with LED's, and replaced the stock headlight bulbs with PIAA ones.
I'm pretty satisfied with the exhaust so far. I ordered it from URD's website and my only complaint is that it's a straight back exit, instead of the side stock exit that you find on most of the aftermarket systems. I didn't know this before ordering (i should have asked... there's also no pictures on the website). I believe the older versions of this were side exits. Anyways, it has a nice deep sound at startup, and you can barely hear it cruising at highway speeds. Jardine uses mandrel bending and for the price ($250ish) you can't find a better deal for a complete cat back system. You can compare it to other systems here: http://pnw4runners.com/exhaust/exhaust.htm
Lighting:
Clear corners/bumpers - purchased from ebay $70 total
LED Tails - purchased from Burtman $200
Headlight Bulbs - PIAA Xtreme White Plus(Hint of blue) from Ebay $67 total
Corner LED's - WLED-x5 LED Amber Wide Angle LED bulb $ 2.99 (each)
Tag light LED's - WLED-x6 Cool White LED bulb $ 2.79 (each)
*All LED bulbs purchased from http://www.superbrightleds.com*
On with the pics....
Lighting mods.....Sorry about the pic quality!!
Shameless poser flex pics...... I couldn't help myself!!

Lookin' Good!! You should have taken some flex pics on those kids bikes.
Unless they are your kids bikes of course.
*I am 100% kidding and would never ruin a kids bike, unless they threw a rock at my truck or something

Haha yeah man, I'm gonna miss it, it will forever be a legend for the street runner's. My urban Runner actually came in today, I ended up working a really good deal with Toyota.

Love the rig man, I think the only thing I'd consider with the black is the blacked out headlights and maybe the corners too. Still, you have a sweet ride there. What lift are you running?

Slick 4Runner man! Our trucks are close twins. Mine will need an exhaust soon so your post helps in my decision. I may also have to do the "TRD" decals on the quarter panels...those look good! Your sig says Toytec/OME 3" lift. Did you go with the 4 coil spring kit or the front spacers, rear coils kit? Looks great and I may have found my summer project!
