Looks great, those Toyota factory brushguards are the best looking for sure. Was it hard to make it fit? That's the same brushguard I've got too, http://community.webshots.com/photo/...87536486nrNPYb , well I cut mine up a little.

well, technically i haven't made it fit properly yet. the 4 bolts on the bottom fit perfectly, but the 2 in the middle are spread apart. there's a good 2 inches between them and where they're supposed to come in contact with the bumper. i haven't decided how i'm going to properly attach them. i have access to machining shops, so i might just fab a bracket and put it on. or, i can do the standard mechanical engineer fix-it job and jerry rig it. (i can put a long bolt through it and attach nuts at each side of the bumper to clamp it in there). i WILL do that for sure temporarily until i make up (IF i make up) the brackets, just to secure it properly.

yeah, i ended up just doing the temporary bolt fix for now. (clamping a long bolt between the guard and the bumper, and then putting another nut in the FRONT side of the bumper.) it's actually surprisingly secure. i ended up having to drill a hole in the bumper cuz i just couldn't make the current holes work properly. now if only i remembered to use STAINLESS bolts! CRAP!!!! oh well, i wasted $1, and i know that it'll hold good once i get the proper bolts in there.

rob, i was gone all weekend. sorry dude. i DO wanna head to the mounds with you one of these weekends. we'll have to plan ahead though.
