I like it...looks just like mine well before the mods. I suggest the herculine mod, those tires will eat up your rocker panels. Its a mean simple 4runner for sure. How many miles and what'd you pay for it? Mine is an auto, wish like hell I had the 5spd!
Check out my pics of my truck and the herculine idea.... [IMG] [/IMG]

I'm a big advocate of it, anyone who doesn't have running boards would benefit greatly from this mod. Looks rugged, not real hard to do either...kind of messy though.
edit: the pic of my rig is on a crappy day. Its hard to see the herculine job and what it looks like as a whole with that picture. Last edited by Skrillah; 04-08-2007 at 01:58 PM. |

interesting line skrillah, if you don't mind me asking why didn't you use the indenture running the length of the cab as a tapeoff level?

Honestly, I'm not sure...I guess I just felt it was too high and didn't look "factory" enough. I think this way it looks more...well I don't know I just like it more..lol. I did see your rig and didn't think it looked bad so I don't know.
edit: didn't mean to hijack your post "crolison"...just wanted to give you an idea...;-) |

They are Q-towers that I have yes.
The brush guard is by a company called MUSSA...will soon be upgrading to something a little beefier this summer I think. Time for a TJM of sorts... Last edited by Skrillah; 04-08-2007 at 03:01 PM. |

I've always really liked the crome fender trim. Nice lookin runner. Those tires are a nice fit too. I didn't know they clocked the 2.7's. I guess to save space?

I always kick myself for not getting a black or white rig, I like my color but I would trade it for a black/white one.
