So, if I'm reading this right, you want to mount a 10.5 inch wide tire on a 12 inch wide rim?!?!?

I put my old '90 alloys and 31"s on the 3.4 donor Taco (just so I can still roll it around), with a 4" lift, and they look like roller skate wheels. I would think that you would want bigger tires, in both dimensions, for the rims you seem to be talking about.

I didn't answer because I have no idea about rubbing issues with that wide a rim, although I would suspect that you would have some. Mostly, I'm trying to understand the reasons for such an odd combination of rims and tires.

hows it braddah?!?!?! haha. there is chance you'll rub but then again with a lift and the tires stretched i guess you wouldn't rub. if anything you'll need less backspacing or a extended studs and wheel spacers.

I know for most of you this combination doesn't make sense. but it's possible, i've seen many stretched tires over rims. its a style back in the islands. not to say that i would do it, but its a possibility.
