Name of pictured part
I have a 98 Toyota Hilux Surf and the horn just recently quit working. I took it to my mechanic and he says the part pictured below is what needs to be replaced. Bad news is he only speaks Chinese so I have no clue what the name of the part is. Can someone guide me in the right direction? No horn in West African city traffic really isn't that great of an experience.

It is indeed a Spiral Cable (Manufacturer's term) or Clock Spring as some prefer. Please be sure that when you or your tech replaces this to ensure that you utilize the little yellow tab that inserts into the assemby to keep it from rotating. It will already be inserted in the assembly. After everything is mounted and before you put the wheel back on remove the yellow tab. This is merely a protector to ensure that the Spiral Cable does not rotate too much during installation. If this were to happen the spring would be unbalanced leaving too little slack on on the spring. This could cause the spring to snap when a sharp turn is taken leaving another broken Spiral Cable. I prefer to hang onto the yellow insert afterwards just in case I have to remove the steering wheel again for some reason.

I looked at the link and it is def. the clock spring from what I have gathered. Are there any good sites that you can recommend to search for this part? The dealer in town can't get the part so I am left to search online.
