I assume they handle it well, they can be supercharged after all. Also, I think the stress put on a block by N20 is much less than the continuous stress by a supercharger. A nice 75 shot is probably safer if used in moderation and for appropriate bursts than a supercharger would be if it was set to provide another 75 hp or so. I myself prefer nitrous over supercharging in terms of power-per-dollar.

Like Los Gatos said, use it sparingly. If you use it too much, you will burn a hole in your pistons. That's why most people who run nitrous regularly upgrade to steel pistons. But if you do it, post some dyno tests or something. I bet that V8 would haul serious butt on nitrous.

Why? Are you setting up a truck to do some serious damage at the drigstrip? Aside from being fun, nitrous really no practical purpose on a pickup truck or sport ute.

I agree Just get yourself a CRX, swap in a ZC or B16a1 motor and use NOS!

The stress of a 75 shot once in a while is less than the constant boost of a SC. However, its the fuel management system and air/fuel ratio that we should be concerned with. The SC system for the Toyota V8 is designed to provide ample fuel (or so they tell us). The NOS kits are universal (most of the time), therefore a sudden lean condition while spraying would be catastophic to the engine. Installation error is much more common on NOS kits because they are the "cheap" way to go.

Only those with expertise in tuning can make a bottle fed engine last.

ROFLMAO!! No that's not what I had in mind for a CRX....lol hehehehe

CRX's are extremely loud for some odd reason compared to other vehicles. So my main system would be transferred into it if I could get one. The B16a1 would be one hell of a bonus too.

B18C1 is the Integra GS-R motor, 1.8L, 180hp, ~130lb/ft torque (I believe), the C5R makes 200 hp for only 3k more hehe.
