My ABS does not work. Anti lock brakes
My ABS light has been on a while now. I have bled the brakes all the way around real good. I can still get stopped but I think only one tire is stopping me. Any suggestions? 1996 6cyl. Thanks in advance.

What are you driving? You should add that info in your signature so that people have a better idea of what your vehicle is.
Even if your ABS is not working, it would not cause you to only have braking from one wheel. What makes you believe that only one wheel's brakes is stoping you?
Like mentionned above, if your ABS light is on, there should be codes stored. Get them read somewhere and post up the results.

yeah, ABS light means ABS is off, but the brakes should still function 100% perfectly.
if you only have one wheel stopping you, or taking most of the braking power,
then the ABS is detecting a problem with the brake system and that is why it is off.
sounds like you don't have an ABS problem,you haz a -braking problem-. better get
it professionally diagnosed ASAP
