My 3rd Gen 4Runner leans towards the side with the fuel tank.

I was wondering if it is common for it to lean more than 1/2 inch difference.
From afar, it looks like the suspension on that side is too weak? this is noticeable whether the fuel tank is full or not.

Thanks

Well, I don't know, I wouldnt say thats normal... I do know that they make the springs stiffer on the drivers side to accommodate the weight of the gas tank...

I did assure that I didn't have anything heavy in the car when I inspected. I emptied everything out of my 4Runner. I can't feel the difference, but I just notice it whenever I approach my 4Runner.

park on a gas station pad (they are usually dead level) and drop a tape measure

When I changed the springs in mine, they were the exact same...

Both yellow and red. Same height. Same stiffness. It is dumb to have the stock coils like that. Now with me LC's one is about .3-.5 inches taller than the other and I sit perfectly level in the back now. 39.25" on both sides.

The weight of the gas tank pulls it down.
