Also... vent visors on the doors, anyone like them? I don't really care about the look, just functionality... I like the look though.

Or you can go to Home Depot and make it yourself with a $2 gutter guard like on my '92

Yea, the mesh looks good. Just make shure it is well attached.

Yeah, I was just wondering about the functionality and what you guys thought about the look. Obviously it helps with wooded areas and leaves, cause I have to pull out leaves from mine constantly.

If I were to do it I'm thinking just like you.

86toyota, how did u attach the grille, and did you have to cut anyting other that the new piece to fit?

The emblem was removed first, and the center hole was cut smaller. That holds the center on good. I added thin wire to attach it in other places. Click on photos to enlarge.

hehe

i did that a long time a go on my 94. but it looked all dented up after a while so i took it off. i also put some mesh behind the toyota emblem. i cut a piece to fit in and screwed the emblem back. looked very nice.
