I have read a bunch on here,seems this is a good kit to go with.
3 inch front and rear springs,front tokito shocks and rear extended shocks. Looks like it will be alittle over $550 plus shipping. I might order it in the next week or so any opinions positive or negative on this setup? Thanks

I have never personally run a toytec lift, but I have heard positive reviews from others who have run this setup. I'm sure they'll chime in...

Just got mine installed this past tuesday. I did not replace the shocks yet, I just ordered the coils and diff drop. Rides great and wasn't too hard too install. Also, Toytecs service is great... I highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm just wrapping up installation of mine...very nice lift, unfortunately my truck had so much rust I had to have a shop install most of it for me.

Got to drive it some the other day and the ride is great. I'm running the OME comfort shocks which get me very close to the ride my buddy has in his 05 tacoma.

One tip...i delayed putting my diff drop on until today and have had some axle grease come out of the inner boots while I was out showing if off yesterday. I'm gonna add some heavy duty zip ties to the axles and hope that that takes of the problem. So make sure you drop the diff to avoid any surprises down the road.

I've installed several of those kits at my shop...good solid lift kit (as well sell them). Putting a Toytec kit on my 08 Tundra and 07 4Runner.

I maybe selling my toytech lift - or at least parts of it (spacer, panhard, 890's)

I installed the OME 881/890 lift with raked results, so I ordered the toytech spacer (to lift the front more) and the panhard drop bracket (to even out my back end).

I haven't installed the spacer or bracket yet, because I'm considering the 906 coil to lower the rear end instead of lifting the front.

Because this is my dailey driver I'm hoping the 906 will improve gas milage, keep my front CV's happy (diff drop is already installed), and tame the rake.

We put the 3" on our TRD a few weeks ago, so far so good. Haven't been on the trail, but I have no worries at all.

I have a toy tech on mine the ride rides like a F250 I love it and it gave me more then 3" i got 4 from it

I have been considering this lift. I have the "99" suspension on it now but I want more! Plus I want to run 285's on her!

I just installed ToyTec's 3RUN-FRCC lift on my 07 4runner and I'm very pleased with the end result. This install was pretty darn easy, being that it was my first lift project. Installing the diff drop tonight.

i have the 3 inch toytec on my 4runner, wat a world of difference from stock in ride quality, the truck is much more stable of bumps and low speed handling. as expected it leans more, and doesnt do much for flex but i love it. and WABFAB can hook up he did mine and i had no problems. other than toytec sent me the wrong dif drop new one should be here tomorrow

Alright, I installed toytec's diff drop last night with no problems at all. Took only a few minutes to do, went for a test drive and every thing seemed golden. I figured I'd take it in to get an alignment in the morning. Driving home from Big O I noticed my dashboard was lit up like a christmas tree. Called into the guys and asked them if they knew anything about that and if they could hook my truck up for a diagnostic. He said they didn't have the diagnostic but called over to a 4x4 shop and the guy said that sometimes when you install a new lift the factory sensors need to be recalibrated. The sensors that came on were the VSC Trac, VSC Off, and slip indicator light. If theres anyone who's had this similar issue I'd definitely like to know. Any comments greatly appreciated.

Was it lit up after the lift and before the alignment? If not the Big O idiots pulled something loose. Check your wiring connections for those items.

After the alignment was done. I test drove it twice once after installing the lift and then again after the diff drop, checking everything.

If it didn't do it until AFTER the alignment...they did something and I'd make them fix it.

I have a 2002 2WD and just had the VSC TRAC, TRAC OFF, and CEL come on at the same time about a wk ago. Believe it's O2 Sensor or MAF Sensor that needs to be cleaned. Haven't got it scanned for codes yet.

Anybody similar?

I called into a local Toyota dealership and talked to a mechanic there. He says that the Steering Angle Sensor might need to be reset and should be about 50 bucks. Hmmm...?? I don't know. The steering wheel was pretty of center when i got done with the lift, but I just figured the alignment would take care of that. I take it in to this guy named Bruce at the Toyota dealership on Monday. I think I'm gonna call a couple more places and see what they say.

HAHA... So I solved the issue. Something simple my yota buddy told me. "Why not unplug the battery for about five minutes and see what happens." Sure enough I did and took it for a ride... NO LIGHTS. It totally reset itself on its own. Thanks for the input, but ya somethin obvious and simple HAHA!!
