Manual Hubs question..

Is it OK to leave the manual hubs in LOCK all winter long?

I did when I lived in Montana. It won't hurt the hubs. It will add wear to your CV joints because the axles will always be moving. It will also cause some drag (less gas mileage) because the axles (and front driveshaft) will always be moving.
