Major mods done (pics)

As the title says, major mods are done, for now anyways (much to the relief of my wife). I don't do much offroading (except for going up and down my dirt road driveway) so mods were done accordingly. Thanks to all the yotatech members who I got many ideas from after reading various posts.

Thanks, It wasn't much trouble, other than finding a good deal on the flares, they are $$$ new, I found a used set for $200 and bought the rubber flare edge trim from toyota, like the one's used in the tech write-up section cause my front flares were seriously loose and rubbing the paint.

Nice. I like how the black stock bumper looks with the grille guard. Unique setup.

I can get brembo slotted rotors for 4runner now.

Hmm then what do you call my mods ? something greater than major I suppose

Different terrain calls for more drastic mods

I'd like to import a toyota tacoma and mod it for 38" or 44" that would be a beast.. actually there is one here already modded for 38" looks cool.

I'm a little cramped in my truck, since I go on long trips and I'm 6'6, so a tacoma could be more comfy and powerful.

I'll be in Maryland this June, in a dream I would find a good tacome to bring home.

They were major for me anyways, I wanted to keep it as stock as possible and still have the look I wanted.

Running Boards..

... I don't see why you should remove them. At least you're not going to raise any eyebrows with them off, might get some more dirt up on the sides on your truck though.

Why the make it look bigger ?? why not just make it bigger ?

But then you could ask yourself.. what for ?
