As Corey said, this topic has been killed twice over.

However I can say that there are more people running the magnaflow's than there are with the Flow's. However, after seeing a video of 4runnerkid's runner with the Flowmaster 40 after having 2.25" pipe bent up from the cat back...I am thinking of switching from my Dynomax to the Flowmaster.

Just a little bit of initial info...search away my friend!

18" magnaflow + high flow cat + 2.25" piping = just right sound.

I couldn't believe that a 3.0 could sound so nice and grumbly.

I run the flowmaster 40 on a 4 banger and it makes that sound sweet. I had dynomax before and I prefer the flowmaster. I think both are good mufflers, but the flowmaster was a little throatier.

I imgaine a 3.0 would make the difference more apparent.

I've got a '93 Runner and have just installed from the cat-back, 2.25 tubing with a Flowie 40 series (w/o delta flow) and man.... does it sound sweet! Loud, but sweet. Most definatly NOT changing it! I dont care what my neighbours say... well sort of, but not really. lol Big increase in off the line torque. A must do mod in my opinion.
